As a project under the City & County of Honolulu’s affordable housing program, The Flats at Sky Ala Moana East has a list of eligibility requirements that must be met by all applicants.
Pursuant to Section 3-2 of the Affordable Housing Rules, applicants are required to meet a total of eight requirements on the date their application is submitted in order to qualify.
